Mitchells Artisan Chocolates is a small, family-owned business located in the Windmill Resort Hotel Plaza right in the heart of Naklua, North Pattaya. We are pleased to share our passion for making fine chocolate creations that are both appealing to the eye and the palette. Our mission is to provide quality chocolates for any occasion that provides the consumer the utmost chocolate experience.
Our Services
Mitchells operates a brick & mortar store front for walk-in retail customers as well as online ordering on several delivery apps. Mitchells also provides wholesale opportunities to the hotel, restaurant, and catering businesses. We offer our signature chocolates as well as custom-made chocolates for any occasion.

Our Products
All of our products are made with high-quality ingredients and couverture Belgian chocolates. Our recipes are designed to provide maximum flavor while maintaining a reasonable shelf life. We are continuously developing new products to offer a variety of satisfying treats for any chocolate lover.
Bonbons
Our signature cocoa butter-colored bonbons were the beginning of Mitchells Artisan Chocolates. These colorful and quite tasty bite-size chocolates is what catches the consumers eye. We have over 20 different flavors in stock and are consistently rotating and adding new flavors. These bonbons are gift-giving quality and would be a welcomed addition to any event large or small. Custom bonbons are also available with custom colors or no colors and your choice of our selection of fillings. If we don’t have what you like, ask us, maybe we can make it for you.
Nama Chocolates
The term “Nama” originates from Japan meaning “fresh”. Other names such as melty chocolate or pave chocolate are used to describe the same type of product. No matter what you call it, these little pieces of goodness are basically a firm creamy ganache that melts easily on the palette. We make three different flavors: dark, milk, and matcha.
Hazelnut Cremino
Cremino is a popular Italian Chocolate. Our signature Cremino is made with pure hazelnut paste and Belgian chocolates. It is two layers of milk and white hazelnut Gianduja with a milk chocolate topping and garnished with gold leaf. It’s strong hazelnut flavor and creamy chocolate is a real crowd pleaser.
Bark Collection
The “Bark” collection is a mixture of five different Belgian chocolates paired with different inclusions creating a delightful combination of flavor and texture. Our collection includes: dark chocolate with caramelized hazelnuts, milk chocolate with Rice Krispie cereal puffs, caramelized white chocolate with pecans, white chocolate and macadamia nuts and our strawberries & cream which includes a strawberry and white chocolate mixture with freeze dried strawberries. Special combinations of our bark can be prepared with advance notice.
Almond Rochers & Nuggets
Our very popular Almond Rochers are a delightful combination of caramelized almond slivers mixed with our couverture Belgian chocolates (milk, 57% dark, white & matcha). For a more natural flavor, our almond nuggets are whole raw almonds covered in either milk chocolate or our 70% dark Belgian chocolate covered with a slight dusting of cocoa powder giving it a nice rustic look.
Other Products
Mitchells consistently strives to provide new products to provide a wide range of choices for our loyal customers. Our current selection of additional products includes our “Mixed Delight” consisting of chocolate, blueberry, and strawberry cereal puffs, red colored chocolate covered cranberries and white chocolate covered macadamia nuts. We also have white chocolate covered coffee beans, dark chocolate covered caramel bites, chocolate niblets, and finally our very popular pecan turtles that are a layer of pecan pieces layered with our house made caramel and hand dipped in our Belgian milk chocolate. Work with our staff to choose the shape, chocolate, filling, colors and pattern (If desired) to make unforgettable chocolates that are sure to be a hit at any event. We have low minimum order quantities that make our custom chocolates a viable option for the smallest of events. We have a number of shapes to choose from along with a wide range of fillings and colors to make these chocolates “just for you.”

Gift Boxes
Mitchells Artisan Chocolates are premium Belgian chocolates of the highest quality that would make a great gift for any occasion or just to treat oneself. Our gift boxes are available in 3-piece, 9-piece, and 15-piece attractive quality packaging that also helps preserve the freshness and extend shelf-life of the product. Ice packs are provided for all purchases and larger purchases include our designer gift bag as well. Ribbons are available upon request.
